Donate – Syria Earthquake Response 2024

On 6 February 2023, Syria and Turkey were hit by two catastrophic earthquakes that have claimed the lives of thousands of people. One year on in response, Jesuit Mission Australia continues to provide emergency assistance to those people most affected living in Aleppo, in partnership with Jesuit Refugee Service Syria and the Xavier Network.

Please donate now to help deliver emergency support and accompaniment to Syrian people who have lost their homes and their loved ones. Please note, in the event that donations received exceed the funding requirement for this particular emergency response by JRS Syria, gifts will be directed to the area of most urgent need within Jesuit Mission Australia’s Emergency Action Fund, to help our most vulnerable sisters and brothers overseas.
